Season Refund Policy

Refund Policy

GSA encourages players to register early to guarantee them a spot on the upcoming season.  If a player requests to cancel their registration at least 3 weeks prior to the start of the season (first scheduled game), GSA will refund all of the registration fee except a $35 processing fee.

If a player requests to cancel their registration less than 3 weeks prior to the start of the season, but before the first game, GSA will give a 50% refund of their registration fee.

If you register late and are assessed a late charge, the late charge is only refundable in the event GSA cannot place the player on a team. 

Once assigned, the late charge portion is non-refundable.

Any donations that are collected during registration are not refundable.

There will be no refunds after the start of the season (first scheduled game) and all refunds require the approval of the GSA President.
