2002, 2005 & 2006 State Champions
As much as it pains me to do so, this will be the last update to the GSA 89 Phoenix Red Girl's website. It's now June of 2009 and the girls are now rising Juniors & Seniors in college. I continue to love each one of them and wish them nothing but the best as they continue their lives and continue to make me and their parents proud. I grew incredibly close to all of them and they are a joy to know and to be around. Most of them are still playing in college and I will make it a point to see as many of them as possible again this fall.
Regardless of what happens in the future, I will always treasure the moments we shared, from the U10 Magic through the magic you provided on the field through your days of select soccer at GSA. You're truly incredible young ladies and you are my gift to the future. And even though you have now grown into incredible young adults, I hope you know that to me you will always be "Forever Young".

The Phoenix were proud to represent Gwinnett Soccer Association and did so with class and grace every time they took the field. They were the sum of great experiences and great interaction with a host of impressive coaches including Ted Colburn, Kerry Gregg, Chris Adams & Campbell Chapman. Thank you to all of you, including the parents, who made this team so special.
